I am a LMHC in the state of Indiana with a Masters in Counseling Psychology. I have focused my work on empowering men and women to overcome limiting dynamics of their lives whether it be situational or in relationships; by enhancing their self care routines; overcoming limiting beliefs; and trusting their inner self. I am passionate about healing from past wounds in order to embrace the beauty of ones self and their potential. I believe therapy is a powerful tool to grow into the best version of yourself.
