As a Licensed Master Social Worker, I strive to ensure my clients feel safe and heard in their healing journey in a non-judgmental space. I specialize in working with teens, young adults, adults, and children who are searching for support with relationship challenges, emotional concerns, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and/or life stressors. Whatever you are going through and wherever you are at in life, I prioritize meeting you where you are at and working together towards your goals to create growth and healing. I implement several different evidence based therapeutic practices including cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered, motivational interviewing, and solution focused therapy. Through working with children I enjoy working with the parents and including them when appropriate so that the parent-child relationship is always supported and nurtured.
