My work is rooted in both clinical expertise and intuitive care, supporting highly sensitive individuals in reconnecting with their inner wisdom and emotional balance. Most often, clients come to me when they're processing through trauma, trying to address anxiety and/or panic symptoms, or needing support in navigating a challenging relationship, and want to live a more vibrant and aligned life. Most people I work with are usually at a point where they recognize that something feels stuck, and they want to make a change but need support building momentum and taking the next step.
