Welcome to my practice! I specialize in therapy for women who want to discover their full potential and embrace their most authentic selves. In my office I serve those who are navigating relationship issues, parenthood, codependency, people pleasing and stagnation in their career. My practice is centered on the integration of mind, body, and spirit, with a focus on nurturing the inner child, unblocking subconscious beliefs, befriending your intuition and becoming your inner guide. If you feel held back by trauma, past resentments, negative thought patterns and burnout, I would love to work with you. In my practice I use a unique blend of psychology, neuroscience and eastern practices to bring you to a more centered and loving relationship with yourself. I’ve undergone additional training in the Gottman Method, giving me tools and perspective on love and relationships and how to communicate with the meaningful people in your life.
