Welcome to my private practice in Scottsdale, AZ where I have provided psychotherapy since 2001. I enjoy having a variety of clients to work with, including couples, individuals, adolescents, and families. My clinical approach is solution-focused, rooted largely in cognitive-behavioral therapy. I specialize in mood and anxiety disorders, OCD, family systems therapy, behavioral issues with children/teens, relationship issues, and stage of life changes. My clinical style is goal-oriented; I'm direct in providing observations and always seeking your feedback regarding the efficacy and the outcomes you are experiencing in therapy.
