I want to help you confront your trauma, process & grieve, and accept. I want you to view yourself as the free, confident person you were created to be! I specialize in helping clients feel safe enough to confront and process their life experiences. Whether it is a recent crisis or things from your past that are holding you back, we address and process. I help you begin to function at your highest capacity and healthy thinking, which allows you to enjoy life and everything it has to offer.
