Navigating this world is not easy. We often face pressure from society, work, family, friends, and there never seems to be one, clear answer to our problems. Sometimes, even when we do get advice, it seems contradictory or impossible to follow. We are constantly trying to do better, reach out, and take care of others, but we often forget ourselves in the process. That is where therapy comes in! The best moments, for me, is watching my clients gain insight into their lives, thoughts, and emotions, and help make sense of their experience in a way they have never done before. After obtaining my degree, I started offering therapy to adults and children in the Houston area. I have experience working in a school setting, and I have a passion for treating teens and young adults. I am fully bilingual in both English and Spanish, and am certified in EMDR.
