I use a person centered approach to work on major mental health issues to build a sense of hope and empowerment. Dealing with major mental health issues can be daunting and isolating, and it can often feel like there is nowhere to turn for help. I am passionate about treating people with psychosis, OCD, and mood disorders (including bipolar disorder without psychosis) and helping people figure out what life looks like with a life long diagnosis. Empathy, respect, and lightheartedness are at the core of what I do and I believe they are the foundation of a healing relationship.
