I am here to support individuals from all walks of life, including diverse backgrounds, gender identities, and sexual orientations. My focus is particularly on trauma, men, and male-identified adults navigating with issues related to masculinity. Trauma affects our sense of safety, self, and our ability to manage emotions and relationships. It can come from painful experiences or from the absence of essential positive experiences, like warmth and acceptance. To cope with trauma, we might disconnect from parts of ourselves and adapt in ways that help us survive, but this can also create a sense of distance from who we truly are.
