Gray Story Counseling and Wellness is a place where you can come undone and leave understood. Perhaps shame, fear, lack of self worth, or the trials of life have kept you from seeking out support? Even with all of your high achievements, you still don't feel like you are enough? Maybe you can't quite (yet) name the battle you are facing? Not to worry, I also help my clients identify where to begin their healing journey. I am a seasoned therapist with over 12 years experience helping those impacted by trauma, life transitions, emotional dysregulation, grief/loss and family dysfunction. I utilize CBT, mindfulness, and expressive arts. My trauma informed lense and eclectic therapeutic approach help me customize my clients treatment with each session.
