​I am deeply passionate about working with adults, older teens, relational groups and families around OCD, body image and disordered eating, identity exploration, attachment wounds, and complex trauma, as well as a variety of other concerns. I operate from a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive lens that heavily incorporates existential and narrative therapy to help you honor your story and make choices that help you feel most at home in your body and your life.
