I am Grazia DiMauro and have my Master's in Counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I am a person-centered therapist. I am a person-centered therapist. Empathy, freedom to express yourself and unconditional positive regard are not just a starting point but interwoven into every aspect of my work. I have a mindfulness framework. I believe emotions and thoughts that we struggle with cannot simply be forced away by logic or wanting them to be gone. In fact, the more we try to wish them away the more power we give them. Instead, we learn we learn to tolerate and understand them as a part of us.
