I would love to work with clients who have experienced trauma to help them process through their trauma to reduce the amount of mental health symptoms they experience. It is possible to live in a way that these symptoms are drastically reduced and individuals are able to integrate these experiences into the rest of their life experiences. I would love to help clients be able to do this.
