I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (P1608105) with the state of Arkansas. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked in the field as a case manager assisting clients to meet their therapeutic goals set by their assigned therapist and linking them to needed services. I have always believed that the only way we can evoke any type of changes within our lives is to acknowledge them and place those issues on the table in order to fully address them. As one begins to mold and change their way of thinking (irrational thoughts), their behaviors begin change as well.
