I am trilingual—fluent in English, Spanish, and American Sign Language (ASL)—and provide telehealth services to individuals, parents, children, adolescents, and adults. I hold a Master’s in Psychology with a focus on Mental Health Counseling. Rooted in Adlerian principles and certified as a Positive Discipline Parent Educator, I also incorporate CBT to help you explore thought patterns and build skills that support clarity, resilience, and self-assurance. My approach fosters connection, confidence, courage, and a space where you feel truly seen and valued. I see therapy like a game of Jenga. When one piece shifts—in relationships, work, parenting, or self—the whole feels unstable. These shifts show where healing is needed. In our work together, we’ll explore those movements with care. The goal isn’t to “fix” the structure, but to help you rebuild it so it feels grounded, resilient, and true to you.
