Green Couch Counseling is a group behavioral health practice. We are experienced and passionate clinicians that have a wide range of specialties. We offer individual therapy to clients aged 16+. We have DBT skills groups and trauma focused skills groups open to adults aged 18+. Our clinicians are prepared to help with anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, trauma, and relationship concerns.
