I provide counseling/psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults from all walks of life who are facing many challenges in their lives, are dealing with difficult situations, or have mental health issues they would like to address. I have experience working with clients who have a wide range of mental health issues, relationship difficulties, difficulty coping with change, and daily stressors. I am confident that together, we can accomplish the change you seek. Counseling/psychotherapy is a collaborative process between the client and therapist. We each have a vital part in this process.
