My name is Greg Lott and I am a master’s level social worker (LMSW). I have worked with teens and adults in the mental health field for over 25 years. I'm passionate about helping others reach their goals in therapy and succeed in life. I'm dedicated to fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere. I strive to build a strong rapport with each person that I work with. I have experience working with people experiencing trauma, chronic mental illness, substance use disorders, anxiety, grief and relationship stressors. I am certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as well as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
