Relationships Heal is a modern approach to mental health therapy. Our mission is to provide our clients with tools to make conscious strides towards healing, both during our therapy sessions and in their private daily life. The methods used in our therapy to facilitate positive personal growth are verified by the mental health community. At Relationships Heal, we believe creating healthy relationships with yourself and others starts with a trusted relationship with your therapist. I am a LTC in the Ohio Army National Guard and am well trained in both trauma and behavior modification techniques to help aid in client success.
