Hi, I’m Greg Stelzner, LCSW, with 13 years of experience providing therapy for a wide range of concerns. I specialize in Chronic Pain, Trauma, Depressive and Anxiety disorders—challenges that often leave people feeling stuck and disconnected from joy, vitality, and hope. I strive to be a warm, skilled therapist in helping clients heal and move forward. I offer Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), an evidence-based approach that targets the brain’s pain pathways, as well as EMDR for trauma, and CBT and ACT. It’s okay to reach out for help.
