As a licensed clinical professional counselor, my practice focus is on adult issues of work/life balance, relationship issues, managing depression and anxiety, as well as substance use and compulsive behaviors. Grounded in client-centered and humanistic philosophies of growth and change, my style is active, collaborative and respectful. As an artist trained as a psychotherapist, I believe strongly in the untapped creative capacity and resilience of each person to translate actionable insight into relevant, meaningful change.
