I’ve lived in and around NYC my whole life-through 9/11 and now through this pandemic. If there’s one thing all of it has taught me, it’s how important is to cherish each moment and spend time with family & friends and to appreciate the people we have around us. My experiences along life’s journey have led me to this motto that guides my practice: Supporting Your Courage To Live Your Truth.
