I specialize in treating individuals and couples grappling with depression and / or excessive alcohol use who feel trapped in a cycle of stress, negative emotions, conflict and use of alcohol or other avoidant behaviors as a temporary escape from pain. I help clients break free from this negative cycle through genuine support and connection as well as concrete tools to better manage negative emotions, behaviors and relational patterns. Ultimately, I help clients build lives from which thy don't feel the need to escape - one's that are filled with a renewed sense of joy, connection with others, and purpose.
