My work with individuals and families is grounded in helping to support the ever-changing process of growing, learning and finding a meaningful place within a family and the larger community. The challenges we face in an accelerated global culture seem extraordinarily complex for many of us who can often find ourselves overwhelmed with the demands of a non-stop, technology-driven lifestyle with unrealistic expectations. Slowing down long enough to to give needed attention to our priorities and goals can be difficult, but I'm confident that with some reflection and support we can find grounding and clarity as a path towards wellness.
