I am Gregory Harbaugh, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (100711) in California. I offer an individualized, client-centered approach, meeting the client where s/he is. I focus on depression, anxiety, trauma-based, attachment, and other areas. I work with individuals, couples, adolescents, treating depression, anxiety, trauma, attachment issues, personality issues, gay and gender non-conforming. Normally a person-centered, calm, non-directive, collaborative approach. Sometimes supportive, meeting the client where s/he is; being fully present in the moment without judgment.
