I want to help you gain a greater sense of control over difficult thoughts and feelings. Clients often begin therapy requesting concrete tools to walk away with from each session. This is something I offer through my enhanced cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) approach, with a dual focus on techniques for altering unhealthy thoughts and behavior, and for improving insight, awareness, and mindfulness. I have a long track record of creating powerful results for my clients. Please note that I offer in-person CBT therapy in Manhattan.
