I have been a practicing therapist for over 30 years and have been privileged to help many people from diverse backgrounds and experiences. I am well versed in multiple therapies that include CBT, DBT, interpersonal, and mindfulness training. I have extensive experience in addictions, mood and anxiety challenges, life transitions, and trauma. I partner with individuals, couples, and families on both short and long term bases.
