Counseling is a process of change. I believe counseling is about making positive changes in ourselves, our relationships, and the way we view our world. My approach to facilitating this change is decidedly strengths based, person-centered, and collaborative. I work with clients to support their current needs while challenging them to change the way they understand themselves and think about their lives. As your counselor, I will be interested in knowing what you want to change about your life. Your desire for change will be the basis of our goals for our work together.
