I work hand in hand with individuals and families to address goals and actively attempt to de-pathologize emotional and/or behavioral challenges that individuals struggle with. I work to actively engage those I work with to live a meaningful, valued life. I believe that my work with children often involves active involvement of family and caregivers whatever their title or status helping promote meaningful improvements. I value the need to listen to and respond to the needs of the individual or family that is present in my office and seek to help them accomplish goals as quickly as possible. I was trained in an evidence-based generalist model with specific expertise and training in disruptive behavior, behavioral family therapy, behavior management/parent training interventions, ADHD and internalizing disorders in children and adolescents. I have worked in pediatric hospitals, outpatient psychology clinics, and clinical training programs.
