Many of the people I work with are sorting through anxiety, overthinking, or the weight of figuring out who they want to become. They’re searching for clarity, confidence, and a deeper understanding of how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors connect. They want to grow, make intentional choices, and move through life with more ease. I am especially passionate about supporting young Black men as they navigate self-discovery and personal evolution.
