Hello and welcome to A Journey with Holmes, LLC, My name is Grenisha Holmes, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10+ years experience in trauma, mood disorders, dual diagnoses as well as spiritual and identity issues. I am currently studying for my PhD in Clinical Psychology to help bridge the intersectionality of psychology and spirituality while working to assist individuals navigate their own mental health journey.
