I strongly believe that connecting with nature has a positive influence on both the body and the mind. My private practice is located in a farmhouse built in 1850, set on 10 acres of land with walking trails, outdoor sitting areas and gardens. I have four dwarf pygmy goats, Marigold, Juniper, Finn and Scout that live on the property, as well as several chickens. My dog Quincy often participates in sessions, and enjoys chasing the goats if given the opportunity. Many of my clients find it therapeutic to interact with the animals, or simply sit outside feeling the sunshine and listening to the birds sing during a session. My approach is to listen, build trust and understanding, and support each person with developing the skills needed to face specific life challenges and achieve individual goals.
