I work with individuals navigating eating disorders, complex trauma, and DID/OSDD, My recovery from a 17-yr eating disorder and healing from complex trauma, makes me uniquely qualified to understand how internal conflict, internalized beliefs, and shame can silence the self. Using authentic connection and strategic therapeutic support, we will work together to explore the paths that led to you current struggles — including internalized ED and trauma-based rules, parts, and patterns that no longer serve you. I will walk alongside you as you reconnect with your own inner wisdom and sense of direction.
