Life can shift in ways that leave you questioning who you are and what comes next. Grief, loss, and trauma are some of the experiences I work with, along with challenges like anxiety, depression, life transitions, and difficulties in relationships. I see adults and teens (16+) from my office in downtown Boise or through telehealth. Together, we’ll explore what lies beneath these experiences and uncover ways to move forward.
