Empowering women and adolescent girls to assert their needs and ask for care and respect is the cornerstone of my practice. Taking care of yourself can be hard to do in dysfunctional relationships, divorce situations, or when you are struggling with social anxiety. My goal is to help you identify your individual strengths, gifts and talents and begin to rely on them to effectively maneuver yourself through your struggles. I believe by recognizing patterns of behavior and gaining confidence in yourself, you can choose a different path and the end result will be a calmer, happier, more-fulfilling life.
