I work with adolescents and adults who are interested in exploring and engaging their innate healing abilities, offering a safe and accepting space, a gentle approach for trust to form, and support to recover from grief, trauma, life transitions, and other life circumstances, toward experiencing greater life satisfaction. I take a natural healing approach with a focus on total wellness and working collaboratively with healers and those healing. I also offer consultations with parents and school and health care professionals. Working holistically and receiving all aspects of your life, I will hold for you a private, confidential space, a place to be gentle with yourself and to see what is truly possible. The work will unfold uniquely and in your true time. Come explore and heal in a safe environment of respect, honesty, and humor.
