There are times in life when we are faced with challenges that cause us to feel stuck and lose hope. In those moments, we often require a little extra support and compassion to help us focus on possibilities for the future. I am passionate about helping clients during those difficult times by developing a strong level of trust and providing a safe space for them to share their story. In my sessions, I strive to be empathetic, encouraging, and patient with my clients in order to foster growth and healing within them. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
