I am a licensed mental health counselor in the states of Massachusetts and Maine. I have over 15 years experience working in the behavioral health field with both children and adolescents, aged ten and older, as well as adults. Some of areas of focus include anxiety, depression, ADHD, and challenges stemming from Autism and life changes. The clinical approaches that I lean towards to help clients achieve their goals include CBT, motivational interviewing and mindfulness but, overall, I take a Strengths-Based and Person-Centered approach so that we can explore different modalities to find what is right for you.
