I value being a warm, safe presence where people can come to feel known and accepted. My style is warm, gentle, and empathic. I believe (and research studies show!) that the most healing element of therapy is the relationship between therapist and client. I love when the therapeutic relationship can be reparative for clients, especially those who have often felt invalidated or "too much.
