I believe that healing is a highly unique journey that takes courage, curiosity, and acceptance, but frankly, it looks just a little bit different for everyone. Over the years, I have developed a strong interest in working with individuals navigating life transitions whether that is college, graduate school, becoming a parent, significant relationship changes, grief and loss, or career related shifts. Oftentimes we can feel overwhelmed, disengaged, anxious, and uncertain about what is yet to come amidst all this change.
