Hello! My name is Gretchen. I have been practicing therapy for seven years. My typical clients experience a range of challenges from school anxiety, ADHD, peer relationships, LGBTQIA+ issues, fostering and adoption, divorce, self-esteem issues, depression and more. My clients have a desire to improve their communication style and connection with others, overcome a roadblock or challenging time in their lives, and better understand themselves. My clients are looking for an ally, someone who can walk beside them while they face adversity and offer comfort and support.
