I specialize in supporting adults, parents, and couples navigating their own or a loved one’s neurodivergence—including PDA Autism, ADHD, and sensory or emotional intensity. My clients often identify as bright, empathic, and deeply reflective yet exhausted from masking or managing too much. I also work extensively with people in polyamorous, open, and ethically non-monogamous relationships, offering a judgment-free space to explore boundaries, communication, and attachment. I’m an active, relational therapist—not a quiet note-taker—licensed in NY & MA and working virtually throughout both states.
