Hi! My name is Melissa Moulton, and I specialize in therapy for moms, dads and birth workers. Anything from pre-conception/pregnancy/postpartum anxiety, depression or OCD, ADHD, birth trauma, pregnancy and infant loss, navigating parenthood/foster care/adoption, infertility, PMDD, PCOS, endometriosis, abortion, perimenopause, life transitions, sexual trauma, childhood trauma and other traumatic experiences is my expertise. My training as a birth doula, trauma informed yoga teacher and schooling for exercise science and social work led me to combine experiences and specialize in perinatal and reproductive mental health, life transitions and trauma. I utilize EMDR, DBT, somatic practices, ERP and other modalities in my work with clients to offer a truly personalized experience.
