I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 12 years of experience specializing in trauma, addictions, and relationship-based challenges. As an EMDR-trained therapist, I work with individuals healing from PTSD, complex trauma, and the deeper emotional wounds that often drive unhealthy relationship patterns.
