You are the expert on your own story! We can work to develop better insight and self-compassion, set boundaries, and develop healthier relationships that are more in line with your individual goals. My therapy style is flexible and responsive, tailoring therapy needs to each person in my care. I have experience in assisting clients with stress and anxiety, depression, concerns around identity, family roles & conflicts, coping and adjustment to significant life changes, trauma & healing, etc.
