You may be trying everything you can, but you’re just not reaching them like you used to. I specialize in helping preteens, teens, and young adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and identity. I have expertise working with LGBTQ+ youth and young men. My work centers on the belief that relationships are the foundation of healthy development—and that when young people feel truly seen, they start to open up, gain confidence, and grow.
