I am accepting new clients! Do you or your child struggle with low self-esteem, self-doubt, depression, and anxiety? Perhaps you or your child may also struggle with impatience, short temper, or anger management issues. Do you feel like your feelings are discounted and rejected by others? Are there too many upsets in your own day or do others make your days more complicated? I can help you reduce depression, teach you coping skills to adjust to anxiety, depression, stress and low self esteem. I work with individuals and families and help develop better coping skills and ways to get along more productively.
