I understand that therapy is an extremely difficult process and stigmatized for many of those around us, but developing a strong therapeutic relationship can assist in providing a positive experience during a difficult time. I like to identify the root of the problem quickly and together find solutions that will work for your life. I believe together we can work towards building insight, understanding yourself and your choices, develop positive coping skills, increased communication and healthy relationships.
