I’m Howie Schnairsohn, LICSW, CGP. I lead psycho therapy groups for both Young adults (20’s, 30’s) and for Mental Health Professionals. In both groups the insight and feedback that becomes available in the process of forming relationships sets the stage for growth and development. In the ‘professionals’ group, we take head-on the notorious ‘imposter’ syndrome, sharpen and exercise our own emotional connective tissue, develop a close collegial bond, and enjoy the challenge of a here-and-now ‘process’ orientation,
