I often work with high-achieving women and mothers who feel pressure to “do it all” and do it well—while quietly feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. With over 12 years of experience empowering girls and women, my work focuses on helping clients slow down, reconnect their values, and release unrealistic expectations. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions, perfectionism, and women’s maternal mental health. I am Level 1 Trauma Certified through the Ferentz Institute, EMDR trained, and hold a certificate in Positive Psychology.
